Turmeric Carrot White Bean Harvest Bowl

Ingredients

1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

100 ml Rugani Carrot and Turmeric

1 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

¼ tsp cumin

½ tsp coriander

fresh seasonal vegetables

 

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Place in a serving bowl and serve with fresh vegetables of your choice.
