Carrot Cake Chai Pudding

Surprise your loved ones with a Carrot Cake Chia Pudding. We love it not just because it made with Rugani Juice, but it is also developed by Rugani Juice fan and registered dietician, Caylin Goodchild  

Chia seeds are nutrient powerhouses! Dieticians find when it is combined with the goodness of beta-carotene-rich 100% Rugani Carrot Juice, desserts can be the perfect way to load up on all your daily dose of antioxidants, protein, fibre, calcium and healthy fat your body will thank you for.   

Plus, it is delectable! The soaked seeds have an energising effect, which also makes this a great in between meal snack.  

Carrot Cake Chia Pudding 

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp chopped pecan or macadamia nuts 

1 Tbsp raisins 

4 Tbsp chia seeds 

1/4 tsp cinnamon 

1/2 330ml 100% Rugani Carrot Juice 

Drops of vanilla essence 

Method:
Simply mix all of the ingredients together and leave it in the fridge overnight.
